SYLACAUGA - Funeral service for Roy Newton Kelley, 68, of Sylacauga will be Monday, April 29, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Wayne McDaniel officiating. Visitation is Sunday, April 28, from 5-8 p.m. at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Burial is in Bluff Springs Cemetery.

Mr. Kelley died Friday, April 26, 2013, at his residence.
He was a Baptist by faith, city school bus driver for eight years, and also enjoyed golf, collecting basketball cards and fishing. Mr. Kelley was a great husband and father. He loved to talk to people and was always asking if they were saved. If not, he would present the plan of salvation to them.
He is survived by his wife, Billie Jean Kelley of Sylacauga; daughters, Sandra Green of Sylacauga and Melissa Parker of Childersburg; brothers, Raymond Kelley of Childersburg and Donald Kelley of Childersburg; sister, Sara Frye of Childersburg; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Adam Green, Jeremy Green, Jonathan White, Joseph Moore, Darsan Rodgers and Daniel Parker.
