SYLACAUGA- Funeral service for Irene Frances Dunn, 87, will be Wednesday, October 17 at 11 am at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. James Beam will officiate the service. Burial will be in Tallassahatchie Cemetery. Mrs. Dunn died October 14, 2012 at her residence. She was retired from Chrysler Corp as a Line Assembler and a member of Tallasahatchie Baptist Church and was a native of Michigan. Thanks to New Beacon Hospice and Coosa Valley Medical Center and Sylacauga Ambulance Service, Dr. Eltoum and Dr. Yielding, Dr. Deguenther. She is preceded in death by husband, Henry L. Dunn; sons, Gordon R. Dunn, Harold Dunn, Sr., Little Guy Dunn; daughters, Sheila Dunn, Chris Junks; brothers, Harry Vealey, Harold Vealey; sisters, Virginia Foster, Betty Swisher, Donna Gleacer, Margie Millage. She is survived by son, Hubbell Dunn (Kathy) of Rogers, Arkansas; daughters, Denise Dunn (Cary) Castleberry of Sylacauga; Dean Logan and (Thomas) of Sylacauga; Retta Alexander (Arlin) of Sylacauga; sisters, Kathleen Merrill of Michigan; Mary Lou Ebarhardt of Michigan; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, a host of friends, and her beloved pets. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 16 from 5-8 pm at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Pallbearers will be Randy Jinks, Harold Dunn Jr., Dwane Merrill, James Baker, Norman Dobbs, and Zac Dobbs.
