Like Scot's comment above, I was on the GVLL Cougars and am now 41 and a school superintendent. Mr. Reimenschneider was a singularly memorable coach among the many I played for as a kid. He was the first to believe in me and to get me to believe in myself. My son is in Little League "Majors" right now and I find myself quoting Don. He was always respectful and kept the game in perspective. And we played well, too! What a wonderful role model for so many of us to have had. As a grown up now, I can also appreciate what he did for the Township. What a legacy!

As a member of the Great Valley Little League Cougars, Coach Reimenschneider taught me discipline, humility and quite a bit of baseball in between. I am now 39 years old and I remember Coach as the best I ever had in over 20 years of organized ball. Through my tears I cannot help but smile when thinking of him. What a wonderful man!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Don was a special man, 16 years ago we started Challenger baseball and he took my son Andrew and myself under his wing and took very good care of us. He was the one that started me coaching for Great Valley Challenger. We will never forget him! We will miss him deeply. Rest in Peace Don. Love, Bobbie, Bruce, Andrew, Bryan and Dan Smith 831
