Bennett Jr., Sean Maurice*  
Sean Maurice Bennett, Jr., 15, of Avondale, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at the Christiana Hospital. Born in Rockingham, NC, he was the son of Sean M. Bennett Sr. and Raquel Pagan Bennett of Avondale, PA. Sean was a student at Kennett High School, where during his Freshman year he was a member of the Football team and the Track team. He previously attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Chatham, PA. Sean enjoyed long boarding, listening to music, playing video games, the beach and football. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Damian Maurice Bennett of Avondale, PA; three sisters, Courtney Nicole Bennett of Avondale, PA, Dana Marie Bennett of Avondale, PA and Lyric Chanel Bennett of Denver, CO; his paternal grandfather, Willie Bennett of Hamlet, NC and his maternal grandparents, Virginio and Hermelinda Pagan of Kennett Square, PA. His Memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, May 5, 2015, at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home, 250 West State Street, Kennett Square, PA. Burial will be private. Berry, Joseph R.* - Malvern  
Joseph R. Berry of Malvern Joseph R. Berry, 82, of Malvern, passed away on April 26, 2015. He is survived by his wife Mary (nee McGarvey) who have been married for 61 years. Mr. Berry attended West Chester High School and then started working for the railroad as an electrician in 1950. In 1953 he served in the Coast Guard until 1957, after which he went back to the railroad and continuing working there until his retirement in 1994. He was the past Post Commander for VFW Post 5203 from 1993-1994. He coached Chester Valley little league and Babe Ruth from 1970-1980. He was an avid golfer and a big Notre Dame fan. He was very active in all his grandchildren sporting events. In addition in to his wife he is survived by four children; Shelia (Robert) Stackhouse of Malvern, Maureen (Eric) Johnson of Malvern, Joe (Ellie) Berry of W. Chester and Donna (Dave) Laudadio of Kutztown. Also eight grandchildren; Jason, Shane, Kyle, Tyler, Colin, Morgan, Ryan and Steven. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Friday, May 1, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Patrick Church in Malvern. Int. Philadelphia Memorial Park in Malvern. Visitation Friday morning 10:30 to 11:30 in the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Coatesville VAMC, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA. 19320. Joe’s greatest passion was his love and devotion to his family. Arr. by the Alleva Funeral Home, Inc. Paoli.

Borromeo, Eleanor C.* - Malvern  
Eleanor C. Borromeo of Malvern Eleanor C. Borromeo (nee Lapp), 96 of Malvern, Pa. died on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Paoli Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Borromeo. Eleanor was born on July 7, 1918 in Paoli, Pa. to the late George and Ella Preston Lapp. Eleanor was a graduate of Tredyffrin-Easttown High School and worked for many years at Deluxe Check Printing Company as an assembly line packer. She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post Paoli 5203. She was the mother of Josephine Falcone, Frank Borromeo, William Borromeo, and the late Louis Borromeo and Ella Mae Goglia; sister of Marguerite Buckley and Barbara Webb; grandmother of 12; great grandmother of 24; and great-great- grandmother of four. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Eleanor’s life celebration on Sunday evening, May 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Mauger-Givnish Funeral Home, 24 Monument Avenue, Malvern and her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, May 4 at 10 a.m. at Saint Patrick’s Church, 104 Channing Avenue, Malvern.
