Michelle Marie Nastase-Domsohn of West Chester Michelle Marie Nastase-Domsohn , 51, of West Chester, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 after her courageous battle with cancer. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and forever friend to those who knew her. She was born on Oct. 9, 1962 to Orazio M. Nastase of West Chester and the late Gail M. Nastase. She attended Saint Agnes Elementary School and Bishop Shanahan High School. Michelle was a graduate of West Chester University where she received a bachelor of arts degree in communications. After college, she worked at the Chester County Courthouse and Communication Test Design Inc. Michelle's compassion, care, and selfless nature drove her to pursue a nursing degree from Delaware Community College. She fulfilled her lifelong dream by serving as a registered nurse at the Chester County Hospital for a total of 15 years. She married Dwayne E. Domsohn on Oct. 15, 1988. They shared 25 loving years of marriage together and raised two children, Michaela and Derek. Education and family were always a priority. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, and loving animals. Michelle will always be remembered for her contagious laugh, fun loving nature, and most of all her love for life. Michelle is survived by her husband, Dwayne E. Domsohn; her two children, Michaela and Derek Domsohn; her father, Orazio M. Nastase; her grandmother, Rena Nastase; brother, Orazio A. Nastase (wife Kelly); her sisters, Andrea Turley (husband John) and Nicole Addis (husband Ken); aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
