We were a part of Ed's life for over 25 years and are the better for it. We will always remember him as a good provider and a great father. Our hearts go out to Paul, Jacqueline and Alexa who must wonder why he was taken from their lives at such a young age. We had many wonderful times with Ed. May he rest in peace.

Ed: Rest in peace but know that you will always be considered a member of LMHS '79, despite graduating from a different school. To Ed's family: I am so sorry for your sudden loss. Ed & I reconnected over Facebook this past winter after I finally joined Facebook. He was a classmate at Lower Moreland. Many of us were looking forward to reconnecting in person, but sadly that did not happen for Ed & me. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

With the loss of Ed the world has lost some of its laughter. May he find his way to peace and be greeted by his mother. May the light to peace shine long for him. My heart goes out to all of those that Ed touched. He definitely made life interesting with the things he did.

My heart breaks for the Jesko and McCARNEY family. Ed I am sure is in Jesus arms, and his Mom was there to welcome him. How she loved her children will always be in my heart and mind. I was with your Mom and grandmother when the Doctor told her he could do nothing more for her,and all she said was Jesus I love you. When one believer like that is in the house, the whole house is saved. God's word never returns void and I am certain her prayers are with all of you until you meet again. My sympathy and prayers are with you.

My heart breaks for all of you. I do believe Ed is home with Jesus and his Mom was waiting with open arms. How she loved her children is forever in my heart and mind. I was with your Mom and Grandmother when the Doctors told her they could do nothing for her. All she said was ,'Jesus I love you.' I saw Peace that only God could give, and we must never forget God's word tells us ...If there is one believer in the house the whole house is saved. Because we leave this earth does not mean we do not live. We live and your Mom is there with all of you. Blessings.

On behalf of the Class of 1979 from Lower Moreland, my sympathy goes out to your family during this time. We were just talking about Ed on Saturday as it was supposed be a b-day bash reunion of sorts for our class. We noticed he hadn't responded to our invite to meet for dinner that night and thought he would have showed up. Although he did not graduate with us, he was still apart of our class for so many years. My memories of him are only of him at a young age and I can vividly recall his face and bubbly personality at that time. Again our deepest sympathy.

Do Not Stand At My Grave and Weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there, I did not die.
~ My Mom sent this to me when my dad died~
