Edna E. Patrick Obituary
Edna E. Patrick of Oxford Edna E. Patrick, 91, Passed away Thursday, Oct.r 17, 2013 at the Hershey Medical Center. Edna was born in Goshen, Lancaster County, to the late Austin Granville Pierce and Leah Oneida Fry. She was preceded in death by her late husband of 46 years, Raymond C. Patrick; a son, Gwyn C. Patrick; a daughter-in-law, Sheila Pinno Patrick; two sisters and three brothers. Edna was a homemaker and worked part-time at Eagles Men's Shop. Mrs. Patrick was very active in community clubs; The Oxford and Avon Grove Senior Centers, Oxford's XYZ Club, Life Member of Union Fire Co. No 1 Auxiliary, Christiana American Legion Auxiliary, Parkesburg's Robert Montgomery VFW Post 4480, a Life Member of Oxford's Fraternal Order of Eagles 2666, and a Life Member of Eastern Lancaster County Rod and Gun Club. Mrs. Patrick is survived by six children, Gene (Joyce), Brenda Holston (Lawrence), Raymond, Terry (Glenda), Ronald (Susan), Sandra Slauch (John); daughter-in-law, Helen Patrick; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26th, at the Edward L. Collins, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Pine St., Oxford, where friends may visit from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in Oxford Cemetery.
