Jack David Erb Jr., formerly of West Chester Jack David Erb, Jr. died suddenly of cardiac arrest on Sept. 21, 2012 at his home in Pullman, Wash. He was born in West Chester, to the late Jack and Dolores (Farra) Erb. Raised in Wilmington, Del., Jack was a member of the first graduating class of Thomas McKean High School where he named the yearbook, The Talisman. He traveled west for college and earned a master's degree in anthropology from the University of Idaho. He continued his studies throughout his life with a keen interest in American Indian history and the Farra family genealogy (West Chester Historical Society). He is survived by his brothers, Keith (Denise) and Scott (Brenda) both of Wilmington, Del.; and sisters, Lisa Kelly (Robert) and Kelly Keith, both of Newark, Del. Also surviving are four nephews, one niece and extended family. Memorial and burial services were private.
