Jessica Ann Frech Bath of West Chester Jessica Ann Frech Bath, 27, died on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Jess was born on November 30, 1984 in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to West Chester when she was five. She was a 2003 graduate of Henderson High School and the Culinary Institute of America. She enjoyed being with her family, eating in restaurants, reading, gardening, and music. At age 12 she decided she wanted to become a chef while helping at Three Little Pigs Restaurant, where she loved to work. She followed her passion. She most recently worked as a chef at Wegmans in Downingtown where she loved her job and fellow employees. Her job allowed her to share her zeal for food and its presentation with as many people as possible. Nothing made her happier than to see the smiles on people's faces while they enjoyed the food she prepared. Jess dreamed of owning her grandparents' farm in Crocus, Kentucky, where she envisioned making a living growing micro greens. She is survived by her parents, David and Sheila Frech, her brother, Derek Michael Frech, grandparents, Fred and Joan Frech, uncles, Keith and Dewey Frech, and her boyfriend, Claude Willis. She will be buried on her family's beloved farm in Kentucky. Gone way before her time, her enthusiasm and joy for life will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Donations in her memory may be made to Safe Harbor of Chester County, 20 North Matlack Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
