Josephine T. Klinger, 90, of West Chester, died Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Neighborhood Hospice Inpatient Unit in West Chester.
She was the wife of the late William F. Klinger Jr.
Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Pietro DeStefano and the late Concetta Bicrissi DeStefano.
Josephine will be remembered for her love of cooking, playing cards, and being with her family.
She is survived by her children, William F. Klinger III and his wife, Clare, of Landisville, and Susan J. Karr and her husband, Robert Jr., of Glenmoore; grandchildren, Jeremy P. Klinger, Kristin Karr Jolley and Bobby Karr; great-grandson, John Tanner Jolley; and her sister, Catherine D'Antonio.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 14, at the St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St., West Chester.
Visitations will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 13 and again from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 14, at the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home Inc., 410 N. Church St., West Chester, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com.
Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Barclay Friends, 700 N. Franklin St., West Chester, PA 19380; and/or the Chester County Hospital Foundation, 701 E. Marshall St., West Chester, PA 19380.
