Judith Ann Ehrgott

Judith Ann Ehrgott of Malvern Judith Ann Ehrgott (nee Carroll), 75, born Sept. 19, 1938, of Malvern, passed away on Aug. 12, 2014. Dearly beloved and survived by her husband, George J. Ehrgott, and loving mother to George (Lisa) Ehrgott, Michael (Mary) Ehrgott, Rosemarie Ehrgott (James Aul), and the late Mary Kate Hungerford; mother-in-law of Gerrit Hungerford; survived also by nine adored grandchildren and greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Judy was a graduate of Bishop McDonnell Memorial High School in Brooklyn, N.Y. and West Chester State College for both her BS and Masters degrees. Her great passion was teaching children to read - whether working for the Chester County Intermediate Unit at Bishop Shanahan High School or with her children and grandchildren. She and her husband started sailing small boats before moving to increasingly larger ones - cruising all over the world. Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service being held 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23rd, at the Paoli Presbyterian Church, 225 South Valley Road, Paoli PA 19301. Interment will be private.
