Julia DeFlaviis Obituary
Julia was the wife of the late Luigi P. DeFlaviis.
Born in Downingtown, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and the late Anna (nee D'llio) Sarmento.
Julia was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Malvern.
She loved to bake, cook and was a devoted wife and mother.
Julia is survived by one son, Luigi P. DeFlaviis Jr. and his wife (Christina Maria); one sibling, Jessie Jacot; and a cousin, Rosalie Vito.
She was predeceased by a son, Benjamin; and four siblings, Adeline De Paolantonio, and William, Domenick and Ernest Sarmento.
Relatives and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Alleva Funeral Home Inc., 1724 E. Lancaster Ave., Paoli, and again from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, at St. Patrick's Church, 104 Channing Ave., Malvern.
A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday.
Interment will follow in St. Monica's Cemetery, Berwyn.
