Lois Pratt Obituary

Lois Murray Pratt, 85, of West Chester, died on Friday, July 19, 2013, at Neighborhood Hospice Inpatient Unit in West Chester.
She was the wife of the late Franklin J. Pratt Jr.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Parke G. Murray, Jr. and the late Helen E. Nuttall Murray.
She was a 1945 graduate of West Chester High School.
Lois worked for First National Bank of Chester County for 20 years and retired in 1993.
Lois was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church for more than 60 years.
She was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and especially loved her Phillies.
Lois is survived by her sister Kathryn Davis of Elkton; and her children, Candace Pratt Penza and her husband Louis of Chadds Ford, Amy K. Pratt of Herndon, Va., and Steven J. Pratt and his wife Kathleen of West Chester. Also, she is survived by her grandchildren Lindsay Pratt, Emily Pratt, Brian Penza and his wife Amy, Todd Penza and his wife Colleen, Elizabeth Penza, Kathryn Penza Italiano and her husband Phil and great-grandchildren, Claire Italiano, Evan Penza, and Audrey Penza.
Lois was preceded in death by her brother Glenn R. Murray.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Service, 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 10 W. Pleasant Grove Road, West Chester, where visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
Interment will be held at Green Mount Cemetery, West Chester.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Arthritis Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania, 111 S. Independence Mall East, Suite 500, Bourse Building, Philadelphia, PA19106.
