Marjorie Payton Obituary

Marjorie M. Payton, 80, of Exton passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Exton, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of Gerald C. Payton, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage.
Born in Bryn Mawr, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Lucy Pritlove Janes.
Mrs. Payton was a graduate of Haverford High School and was an active participant at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Glenmoore.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Nancy L. Rittenhouse and her husband, Michael, of Exton. She is also survived by a sister, Muriel J. Jones of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Lauren and Mathew Rittenhouse.
A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 7 St. Andrew's Lane, Glenmoore, PA 19343, where friends may call from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment will be in St. Paul's Episcopal Church Cemetery, Exton.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church at the address above.
