Mary H. Hoobler

Mary H. Hoobler of West Grove Mary H. Hoobler passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 6, 2012. She is survived by her son James L. Hoobler (Sharon) of Haddonfield, N.J. and her daughter Elizabeth H. Eblacker (John) of Downingtown; as well as five granddaughters. Mary graduated from Bryn Mawr College. She taught briefly in the Unionville Chadds Ford School District, was active in the Upland Mothers Club Association and worked extensively with Spanish in the public schools during the 1960's. She and her husband, the late Dr. James L. Hoobler, retired to Siesta Key, Sarasota Florida in 1989, living at Jenner's Pond in West Grove in the north. Services and interment are private. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to: Neighborhood Hospice, 400 East Marshall Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
