Matthew Dziembowski Obituary

Matthew Justin Hope Dziembowski of Coatesville Matthew or "Matt Man" as he was known by his friends, passed away at the age of 17, on Friday August 10, 2012, at the Dupont Hospital for Children in Delaware after a sudden illness. Born on September 30, 1994 at Bryn Mawr Hospital, he was the son of Peter Dziembowski and Robynne M. Duffy. Matt was a student at Chester County Intermediate Unit. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Peter J. Dziembowski, Gregory M. Dziembowski and Bradford T. Schoener; three sisters, Ashley N. Hope, Azlyn M. Hope and Lauren Schoener. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, August 18, at Cornerstone Fellowship Church, 101 Kylies Road Coatesville, PA 19320, with a time of visitation from 11 a.m. before the service at the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution may be made to Cerebral Palsy Association of Chester County, Inc., 749 Springdale Drive, Exton, PA 19341. My prayers and deepest sympathies to Matthew's family, and all that loved him. I work at CDC, not with Matt, but I always would have to stop to talk to him. His smile (and eyelashes!) always made my day!! He was such a sweetheart. I'm so sorry for your (and our) loss.
