Nancy A. Corby of West Chester Nancy A. Corby, 72, formerly of Erwin, Tenn., died on Monday, September 24, 2012 at her home. Nancy was the wife of the late T.L. Corby, Sr. with whom she shared 56 years of marriage. Born in Erwin, Tenn., was the daughter of the late Brady Tipton and the late Ola Calloway Tipton. Nancy worked as a Registrar for Chester County Hospital, and retired after 25 years. She loved to travel and will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Nancy is survived by her children, Charlene Ciccarone of West Chester, Terry Corby, Jr. of West Chester, Michael Corby of Atlanta, Ga.; grandchildren, Tom Jr., Julie, Megan, Caleb, Jared, Cassie, John and Rebekah; great-grandchildren, Lily, Whitney, Dominic and Victoria; and a brother, Richard Tipton of Newell, W.Va. She is also survived by her special brothers and sister in law, JB and Eva Griffith, Tom and Joan Jones, Billie Tipton and nieces, Sue Tittle of Jonesborough, Tenn., Valerie Lough of New Cumberland, W.Va. and nephew, Frank Jones of Jonesborough, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dewey Tipton and sister, Helen Tipton. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation, 6 to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday September 25, at the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc., 410 North Church St., West Chester, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Erwin, Tenn.
