Robert E. O'Neill of West Chester. Robert E. O'Neill, 85, of West Chester, Pa., cherished husband of the late Irene O'Neill, passed away on August 10, 2012. Born in Brooklyn, Pa. he was the son of the late James O'Neill and the late Helen Mohr O'Neill. Bob had a lengthy career with Conrail as a labor negotiator eventually rising to the position of Chief of Labor Relations. He was predeceased by his beloved first wife, Florence O'Neill. Bob is survived by his step-daughter, Linda M. Alexander; step-grandchildren, Leisa Eldred, Michael Lamison and Eric Lamison; many nieces and nephews, including Brian (Tashina) O'Neill, Steven (Jill) O'Neill, Lorraine (Skip) Hurley, Russell O'Neill, and countless loving friends and neighbors.
