Ron & Family,

In 1991, shortly after my wife walked out on me, I called your Dad to let him know that the tax situation for the year would be more compicated than usual. The pain I was experiencing showed through in my voice, but your Dad knew the right things to say, told me not to worry and that he'd take care of all the things in his power to make the coming tax season as easy as possible. More importantly, he spoke to me in the way I thought my own father would have, if he had still been with me. Stan made a very hard time in my life so much easier simply by being there, just by being the wonderful man he always was. In the years since he "retired", I've missed him quite a bit; know that now, he will be missed and his memory cherished all that much more.
