William J. Oliver of Villanova William J. Oliver died unexpectedly on Thurs. Sept. 20, 2012 at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Oliver and devoted father of David W. Oliver (Melody) and Alan D. Oliver (Judy). He is also survived by four grandchildren, Robert (Rebecca), Jill (Brooks) Jennings, Rebekah (John) Nesbitt and Stephen; seven great- grandchildren, Moriah, David, and Jacob, triplets, Joshua, Lauren, and Chloe, and Matthew; along with his sister, Dorothea Oliver Netti and his niece Debbie (Brad) Bellevue. He was a long-time member, helper, and leader of the congregation that meets at the Bryn Mawr Gospel Hall. The family will receive guests from 6 to 9 p.m. this evening, Tues., Sept. 25, in the Chadwick & McKinney Funeral Home, 30 E. Athens Ave. Ardmore. His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wed. Sept. 26, in Lower Merion Baptist Church, where you may call after 10 a.m., 911 New Gulph Rd., Bryn Mawr. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers prayerful support. www.chadwickmckinney.com
