Anthony J. "Bucky" Collins Obituary
Anthony J. ' Bucky' Collins of Ridley Twp., Secane Anthony J. "Bucky" Collins, 82, died Saturday, April 28, 2012, in the Bryn Mawr Hospital, Bryn Mawr. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Charles and the late Anna (nee Moran) Collins. He was a retired technician, employed by Rollins Environmental Services, Bridgeport, N.J. and formerly worked for Baldwin Locomotive and Boeing. Bucky was an environmental advocate and a member of the Teamster's Union. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the U.S. Marines. He was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader and a 20-year member and team captain of his local Town Watch. He was a 58-year parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Secane. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Nancy (nee Donohue) Collins; the loving father of Thomas A. (Deborah) Collins, Joan M. (Dennis) Miller, the late Dr. Michael P. (Jane) Collins, Kevin W. (Bonnie) Collins and Christine A. (Jeff) Collins; loving grandpop to Tommy, Devon, Patrick, Emily, Shannon, Sean and Jessica. His funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at Our Lady Of Fatima Church, South Ave., Secane. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady Of Fatima Church. Inurnment Holy Cross, Yeadon.
