Obituary Condolences

Deborah Anne Buell of Chesterbrook Deborah Anne Buell, 60, of Chesterbrook, died Thursday, April 19, 2012, as a result of an aggressive brain tumor. Ms. Buell was born in Alhambra, Calif. to Frank and Evelyn Buell. She attended Westridge School for Girls in Pasadena and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. She had a long and travelled career in Information Technology. She worked in the banking, insurance, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals industries. Her career took her to Los Angeles, Portland, Phoenix, and for the last 20 years the Philadelphia area. Deborah had a long history of activity on behalf of women's issues, including work in shelters and against violence. She was an avid gardener, baker, quilter, reader and a lover of music, and she very much enjoyed sharing her passions with others. She is survived by three brothers and a sister, Frank Buell of Brookline, Mass., Roger Buell of Victoria, B.C., Canada, Thomas Buell of Preston, Conn. and Alison Buell of Santa Monica, Calif. Out of respect to Deborah's wishes, there will be no service.
