Diana Yuska Obituary

Diana Patricia Yuska, formerly of Exton Diana Patricia Yuska, 69, of Palm Coast, Fla. (formerly of Exton and Plattsburgh, N.Y.) passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 25, 2012, at her home. She was born on November 22, 1942 in Brooklyn, N.Y. to the late Clyde Edward and Helen Marie Quinn (Beck). She was a registered nurse who was on the staff of CVPH in Plattsburgh and The Devereux Foundation in Pa. In 2007 she and her husband moved to the Palm Coast area from Exton. Diana was a wonderfully loving woman who was dedicated to raising five of her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Anne Cronin in 2007 and her sister Carol D. Genovese in 1998. Survivors include her loving husband of 47 years Edward; son, Mark and his wife Kelly Yuska of Jacksonville, Fla.; sisters Nancy L. TenBrink and her husband James of St. Augustine, Fla. and Susan S. Mack and her husband Karl of Palm Coast, Fla.; brother-in-law Dan Yuska and his wife Iris of Cape Elizabeth, Maine; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. I was so saddened to hear of Diana's passing. I worked with her at Devereux and her advocaacy for our folks with disabilties was inspiring. She was an exceptional nurse - very skilled, very caring. She had an impact on the lives of others and will be missed.
