E. Marie Albright of Coatesville Evelyn Marie Albright (Evans), 80, of Coatesville, died peacefully on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Reading. She was the wife of the late Charles S. "Chuck" Albright, who preceded her in death in 1992. Born in Homeville and raised in Cochranville, she was the daughter of the late Alonza and Maude Kreider Evans. Marie was a graduate of West Fallowfield High School, class of 1949. For 25 years, Marie worked at J.J. Newberry's, Coatesville as a floor lady. Marie was an active member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, serving on numerous committees and also singing in the choir. Marie was an avid reader and enjoyed reading and writing poetry. Surviving her is a son, Douglas C. Albright, husband of Anne and her two beloved grandchildren, Lindsay A. and Evan D. Albright, all of Downingtown. In addition, she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry and Frances Evans, and three sisters, Mrytle Lefever, Emma Gill, and Mabel Smith. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2012, at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 107 S. 17th Avenue, Coatesville. Family and friends may call beginning at 9 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Brandywine Manor Cemetery adjacent to Forks of the Brandywine. In her memory, contributions may be made to the designated memorial fund at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd at the above address or to St. Joseph's Medical Center Foundation, P. O.
