Obituary Condolences

Frank Anthony Fazio of East Marlboro Township Frank Anthony Fazio, 91, of East Marlboro Township, died on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester. He was the husband of Dolores Ann (Ranalli) Fazio, with whom he shared 67 years of marriage. Born in Embreeville, Pa., he was a son of the late John and Mary Fazio. Frank was a Veteran of World War II, serving his country with the 233rd Army Air Forces Base Unit. For approximately 50 years, he was a self-employed mushroom grower. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Kennett Square. Mr. Fazio enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and spending time with his family. Surviving in addition to his wife are; one son, Joseph M. Fazio and his wife Lynn of Kennett Square; two daughters, Frances, wife of Robert Eastwood of West Grove and Kathleen, wife of Rick Fisher of Landenberg; six grandchildren, Mark Breeding, Craig Breeding, Michael Fazio, Dr. Erica Avello, Rick Avello and Andrew Fisher; and three great-grandchildren, Casey Avello, Ellie Breeding and Frankie Knowles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Stephen Fazio, his brothers, Joseph, Ralph and Tony Fazio and his sisters, Rose Fragale, Palma Mastrippolito, Theresa Rao and Angeline Mancino. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Church, 8910 Gap Newport Pike, Avondale. Frank's funeral Mass will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Father Richard Maisano will officiate. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Kennett Square. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Neighborhood Health Inpatient Hospice, 400 East Marshall Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
