Harry H. Birmingham Obituary
Harry H. Birmingham of Exton Harry H. Birmingham, 85, of Exton, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at St. Martha Manor in Downingtown. He was the loving husband of the late Kathleen G. Birmingham, with whom he had shared 59 years of marriage at the time of her passing in 2010. Born in Atlanta, Ga., he was the son of the late Thomas and Margaret Hopkins Birmingham. He proudly served his country during W. W. II, earning the rank of Mailman Third Class. Mr. Birmingham was employed by J.P. Morgan Chase in New York for 38 years where he served as vice-president, retiring in 1985. He was a member of Ss. Philip and James Church in Exton. In his spare time, he enjoyed photography. He is survived by his daughters, Colleen Andrews and husband, Tom, of Exton and Mary Kay Slater and husband, Tom, of Westborough, Mass.; grandchildren, Ryan and wife, Andrea, and their children, Alexis and Will; Shannon Foschetti and hus- band, Dustin, and their children, Quinn and Owen; and Brian and Patrick Slater. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 13th, at Ss. Philip and James Church, 107 N. Ship Road, Exton, where family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Interment will be private.
