John E. 'Big Guy' Trego of Honey Brook John E. "Big Guy" Trego, 50, husband of Susan R. Gobber Trego of Honey Brook, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville. Born in West Chester on January 16, 1962, he was the son of the late Francis A. Trego Jr. and Anna V. Bickert Trego. John was a graduate of Downingtown High School and the Vocational Technical School, specializing in small engine repair. For 30 years he was employed as a truck driver and mechanic for H.E. Trego Construction Co. Lionville. In addition to his wife of 23 years, John is survived by a daughter Jennifer L. Trego of Coatesville; three grandchildren, Braden Tyler, Krista Eileen and Khloe Raquelle; a son-in-law Chris Bryson of Coatesville; a brother Frances A. Trego III of Brandamore; a sister Deborah Trego of Honey Brook; and a brother-in-law James Gobber and his wife Jennifer of Downingtown. John enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and working on cars, motorcycles and mini- bikes. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, at the Maclean-Chamberlain Funeral Home, Inc., Kings Highway, Wagontown and a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment in Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer.
