Maxine A. Rubincan Franciscus Obituary
Maxine A. Rubincan Franciscus of Coatesville Maxine A. Rubincan Franciscus, 70, of Coatesville, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013. She was a daughter of the late Donald H. and Betty Dolheimer Rubincan. Maxine was a hard worker who loved spending time with her family at their beach house in Ocean City, Md. She was an active member of Hephzibah Baptist Church and volunteered at the Old Mill. She loved working and socializing with co-workers and continued to work after her retirement in 2006. Ms. Franciscus is survived by her children, James Brown, Jr. and his wife, Rose Marie, of Thorndale, David Brown and his wife, Annette, of Egg Harbor, N.J., Michael Brown of Coatesville, and their father, James Brown, Sr.; five grandchildren, Holly Ryan Brown, Bo Brown III, Jamie Alexis, Ryan Brook, and David Michael Brown; and one great-grandchild, Reese Renee Brown. She is also survived by her brother, Donald Gregg Rubincan and his wife, Julia; two nieces, Nicholl Marie Thompson and Paula Taylor; nephew, Justin Myles Wax; three great-nieces, Haley Barbarish, Cheyenne Taylor, and Anya Huyard; and one great- nephew, Zachary Huyard. A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17th at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, where family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will be private at the request of the family.
