Patrick V. Marks of West Chester Patrick V. Marks, 62, of West Chester, passed away on November 15, 2011. He was born in Philadelphia to the late Bertram and Gertrude (nee Peters) Marks. Patrick was a 1967 graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School and was a self employed electromechanic for Winding Specialties in West Chester. Patrick was a faithful member of Ss. Simon and Jude Church. He was a founding member of the Uncle Buck Country Band and an aspiring recreational pilot for many years. Patrick was an avid hunter who also enjoyed boating and fishing. He always had a helping hand for those in need and mentored many young people to help better their lives. Patrick is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Jane P. (nee Polito), his son Jason (Melanie) Marks and their children Caroline and Robert, his daughters, Sara Marks, Sister of St. Francis of Philadelphia and Mary (Brian) Hanley; and is also survived by his brother, Wayne (Maria) Marks, his sister-in-law June (Glenn) Stafford, his brother-in-law Stephen (Sarah) Polito; and many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Bertram and Gertrude (nee Peters) Marks, his twin brother, Michael A. Marks and his brother, Bertram L. Marks, Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewings, 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 19382; 610-431-9000, and to his Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Friday, at Ss.
