Thelma I. Peron, 76, of Sadsburyville, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013, surrounded by her loving family at the Chester County Hospital. |
Born in Indiana, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Irene Jamison Houser.
Thelma had lived in the area since 1962 and was employed by Pepperridge Farms at the Denver, Pa., plant, retiring in 2004.
She was a member of the Upper Octorara Presbyterian Church.
She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend.
She is survived by three children, Michael S. Peron and wife, Cathy, of Brandamore, Pa., William T. Peron and wife, Kathy, of Northeast, Md., and Kimberly L., wife of Dennis Perry of Coatesville; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two siblings, Raymond Houser of Indiana, Pa., and Ruth LaVan of Home, Pa.; and also her ex-husband, Jack L. Peron of Coatesville.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Arlene Houser.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 12, at the Upper Octorara Presbyterian Church, 1121 Octorara Trail, Parkesburg, PA 19365, with visitation at the church from 9 to 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Upper Octorara Church at the above address.
