Wanda E. Jones of Oxford Wanda E. Jones, 82, of Oxford, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2012, at Pembrooke Health and Rehabilitation Center, West Chester. She was the wife of the late Robert Major Jones. Born in West Grove, she was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Della McKeown Steele Thompson. Mrs. Jones was retired from Ware Presbyterian Village, Oxford, where she was employed as a supervisor in dietary. She was also a bookkeeper for Ray Shaub Auctions, Kirkwood. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Albright and her husband, Joseph Albright of Nottingham and Wanda Jones and her husband, Edward Farren of Chevy Chase, Md.; two grandsons, Matthew and James Albright and his wife, Melissa all of Nottingham; three great-grandchildren, Alysa, Katelynn, and Maddox; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary I. Zook. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, at the Edward L. Collins, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Pine St., Oxford. Relatives and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28. Interment will be in Oxford Cemetery.
