Raymond Howard Baxter of Exton Raymond Howard Baxter, Jr., 80, of Exton, passed away on Feb. 10, 2013, in West Chester. Born in Wilmington, Del. in 1932, he was the son of Miriam (Carpenter) and Raymond Howard Baxter, Sr., both deceased. After high school, Raymond served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked for IBM in King of Prussia as a senior field engineer for over 30 years. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis H. Hustwick; loving father of Laura Elizabeth Fairbrother (Stephen); dear grandfather of Scott Speese, Christopher Speese and Jason Speese; and dear brother of Douglas and Phyllis. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing, 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, and 10 to 10:30 a.m. Thurs. Feb. 14, and to his funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Thurs. at the Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335.
