Sherrell Whipple Albright passed away at her home in Phoenix after a battle with cancer. She worked right up until the end as a barber in Sun City West. She was a beautician for over forty years, the last twelve years being a barber. She had many wonderful clients throughout the years. She wanted to thank them all for their support.

Sherell loved her family and took great joy in her home. It was a home for all. She loves her many nieces and nephews and each of them felt there were her favorite one. She was the hearthstone of the family.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Richard Lee Smith; parents, Slim Whipple and Lilyan Ivie; brother, Ardell; and sister, Victoria. She leaves behind 5 sisters: Barbara Johanning, Afton Johnston (Roger), Kathleen Cook (Ken), Janet Banister (Bill), and Janice Nickerson (Dick), 11 nieces and 14 nephews.
A visitation will be at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301, Thursday, December 20th, 2012 from 5:30-7:00 P.M. with services at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, December 21st, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4748 W. Orangewood, Glendale, AZ 85301. Graveside services will take place on Saturday, December 22nd, 2012 at Show Low Cemetery in Show Low, AZ at 11:00 A.M.
