Albert CARROLL Obituary

HAMPTON - On Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010, Albert Gordon Carroll peacefully passed away at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
He is survived by mother, Viola Burrow; stepfather, Billie Burrow; stepdaughter, Zakia Roseborough-Smith; sons, Anthony and Curtis Carroll; brothers, Lewis Carroll (Janice) and Benjamin Carroll (Sherry); sister, Earsie Carroll-Lee (Rudolph); a dedicated uncle, Benjamin Branch (Marvin); granddaughter, Zynia Smith; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010, at O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, Va. Viewing will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service on Wednesday.
