Dear Reverend Baker and Christ Church Members,
We only knew Loretta a very short time but grew to love her during that period. She was a very special person and the Good Lord above has now annointed a very special Angel to look over us and care for us. Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of such a good person, but always remember she is still with us and watching over us until we see her again.

Dedicated to the memory of my Aunt
Loretta M. Blow
by: Genova Graves Meekins (from me to you)

God holds everything in the palm of His hands. Although it may be hard to be contented, remember the life of "Loretta's" soul on earth goes beyond "Loretta's" departure. With her life touching yours and with God's comfort my God touch your heart, speak to you and you feel the presence of God's spirit with you, guiding you in all things, remembering the gentle love of "Loretta". You will always feel "Loretta's" life touching yours, voice speaking to you, the presence of "Loretta's" spirit around you, talking to you in familiar things, worked with, and loved.

"Loretta" will always live in your life and in the lives of families and friends that knew her.

"Love never dies" * From me to you

To Sister Loretta Blow’s family, my heart is truly heavy to hear of the passing of Sister Loretta Blow. In 2001, when I first met Sister Blow at Christ Church, Hampton, I found her to always be contagiously happy, abundantly colorful, and on fire for the Love of her Life – Jesus Christ! She was a good and faithful Servant and always willing to help others. She moved slowly, but that never slowed her down.
One memory that I will always remember of Sister Loretta Blow, is how she stated that she was going to be married. She had the world’s biggest smile on her face after making that claim for the New Year. I will never forget it!
To the family, Loretta is singing that great song that goes a little something like this - I am Free, Praise the Lord I’m Free, No Longer Bound, No More Chains Holding Me, My Soul is Resting, It’s Just a Blessing, Praise the Lord, Hallelujah I’m Free, Praise the Lord, Hallelujah I’m Free, Praise the Lord, Hallelujah I’m Free. . . . .
My prayers are with each and every one of you.
