Dorothy BRECHER Obituary
A native of Texas, she was raised on a farm in Texas during the Depression. Dot loved working with her hands and was a beautiful seamstress. She was a volunteer at Mary Immaculate Hospital and would crochet booties and caps for newborns. She was also a great cook.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Brecher; and sisters, Frances Millard, Betty Delasandri, and Jane Graham.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Harold 'Sonny' Brecher; two daughters, Nora Lambiotte and husband, Jay of Yorktown, and Denise Lindner and husband, Hut of Smithfield; four grandchildren, Kimberly Driscoll, Brian Lambiotte, Robin Lindner, and Matthew Lindner; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Joyce Hodges of Texas City, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, at Peninsula Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held in Peninsula Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.

Sonny,Nora Ann,Denise and Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Dottie's passing. What a wonderful lady she was and it was my pleasure to know her and all of you as you seem like family to me. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I have such wonderful memories of Dottie, she was so full of life and could make you laugh on the darkest day. She will be missed.
