Patsy was a private person. Her obituary speaks of what she thought was most important in her life: wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt and godmother. One more thing should be added. Friend. Whether it was from school days over 65 years ago or ten years ago we were blessed with her friendship.Thank you for sharing her with us. Love, Bee and Janet Lunger, Waynesboro, VA

I know there is another angel in heaven now - Patsy will be sorely missed by many. I worked with her at Colonial Williamsburg for many years, and she was always a delight to be around, so kind & caring, with a tremendous heart & a keen sense of humor. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived - and Patsy's life was certainly well lived. She loved well & was loved greatly by many.

Patsy was a great friend and had a wonderful sense of humor. Always ready to try something new. I remember fondly our times at their home when we were first married. I especially remember her making "iced tea". She was a wonderful person and the thought of her will always bring a smile to my face.
