Jim was the finest engineer I have ever known. I worked closely with him for years, and counted him a good friend. Jim, having just recently reconnected with you after many years, I regret the time lost. You will be sorely missed. June, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

When I found out about Jim's aneurism, and recently open heart surgery, I added him to our prayer list at Zion Grace UMC. After he had open heart surgery, I was very touched that he walked across the street as I arrived from home from church, and thanked me for a card I had sent, and for the prayers. May God bless and comfort his wife and family at this difficult time.

I thought the world of Jim - personally and professionally. I recommended his hiring at Langley and he proved to be a great asset. He was innovative and conscientious. It was a privilege to have worked with him and I am deeply saddened that he is gone.
