Alan FAGLEY Obituary
Alan treasured spending time with the loves of his life, his two sons. They especially enjoyed theme parks, and flea markets. Alan relished time spent riding his motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Fagley.
He is survived by his mother, Ruby Fagley; two sons, Alan Ray Fagley Jr. and Cole Berton Fagley and their mother, Julie Jeffries Fagley; two sisters, Sherry Heath and her husband, Dean, Shirley Dygert; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 23, at Vincent Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 417 11th Street, West Point, Va. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 22, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be sent to The Alan & Cole Fagley Fund, c/o Citizens & Farmers Bank (Norge Branch), PO Box 391, West Point, VA 23181.

Alan was my brother. He was full of mischief and fun as most brothers are. He took the responsibility of raising his sons very serious and his life was dedicated to them. Thanks to everyone who posted their thoughts about him and the memories which were shared. I will always see his smiling face and hear his snickering giggles when I think of Al.

Al, we used to work together at Home Depot(Gloucester) in lumber. I remember you used to make me laugh. A heart felt prayer to your family and loved ones. As a fellow rider myself, you will be truely missed. You are in my thoughts. God Bless.

Al. I know he was a good man. I pray for his family,children and loved ones. I know he was met at Heaven's gate and welcomed in. I ask Our Lord and Savior to give peace to the ones left behind. And may they come together in unity and love.

My condolences to his family, friends, especially his sons. Know that he was one of the most genuine, friendly people I've met. He always made a special effort to say hello to me every day at lunch. Al will be greatly missed.

Al was a true and kind man.He was also agreat father and did a wonderful job raising Al j.r and cole as a single father. May you rest in peace and remember you will be missed and thanks for all the positive good memories.

The short time that we knew Al will forever be remembered. A great customer turned friend I will greatly miss riding with. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family in this difficult time. We will all miss you very much.

I only talked with him for a short time but he really seemed like a wonderful person we talked about riding motorcycles and the different kinds of motorcycles that we ride my prayers and thoughts are with his family.

Our prayers to all Al's family and friends. We did not know him personally but we are friends with Ruby and Walt. I see this picture of Al and I thought I was seeing Walt all over again. We pray God will give the strength that is needed through this time and may the encouragement of others bring that strength. Such sadness comes but hold onto the memories that make you smile and let those memories fill your heart. Ruby, we're here for you if you need us. Our love and prayers are with you.

Although I didn't know him personally , I heard wonderful things about him . He will be very missed , but his death is not the end . He will live on forever in everyone's heart that he left his footprint on . I know that he will be in my prayers , along with his family and close friends <3
