Alice HANNON Obituary

SMITHFIELD - Alice Moore Hannon, 77, of Smithfield, Va., beloved wife of 40 years to Robert Charles Hannon, passed away on Oct. 25, 2010.
A native of Orlando, Fla., she was the daughter of the late, Paul Moore and Regina O'Brien Moore and predeceased by her sister, Rosemary Janson.
She was a member of Southside Vineyard Community Church and a member of the Smithfield American Legion Auxillary Unit #49.
She leaves to cherish her memory, The Cordle Family, who were very special to her.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, with the Rev. Bill Eley officiating. Friends may join the family for visitation at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Legion Auxillary Unit #49, P.O. Box 601, Smithfield, VA 23430. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com. View and post condolences on our online guestbook at dailypress.com/guestbooks.
