Anita GORDON Obituary

YORKTOWN - Anita Grace Gordon, 81, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010.
Anita was a native of Stratton, Ohio, and was a Peninsula resident for 53 years. She was a former member of Yorkminster Presbyterian Church. She loved flowers and gardening.
Anita was the beloved wife of Earl J. Gordon; and the beloved mother of James Gordon, John Gordon and his wife Terri, and Ron Gordon, all of Yorktown; and a daughter, Pamela Gordon Campbell, and her husband Randy of Gloucester. She is also survived by three brothers; four sisters; three grandsons, Robin, Jacob and Zach; two step-grandsons, Randy Jr. and Scotty Campbell; and two dogs, Chrissy and Missy.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2010, in the chapel of Amory Funeral Home, Grafton. The family will receive friends following the service in the funeral home.

Although I did not know Mrs. Gordon, I know how much her daughter loved her mother, so she surely was a wonderful lady. My sympathies to the entire Gordon Family, and love to Pam.

Mr. Gordon,
I talk to mom yesterday and was so thankful that we were able to come and see Mrs. Gordan last week. I know this is a hard loss and if there is anything that we could do please let us know our hearts are very heavy also. Mrs. Gordon was a wonderful person and our family loves you all very much.
