Anna Fiese Obituary
Mrs. Fiese was preceded in death by her husband, Russell; parents, Maggie Lena and John Riley Firth; and three brothers, Ed, John, and Gene.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Insley and husband, Sonny of Poquoson; her son, Joe Blanchard and wife, Betty of the Eastern Shore; two brothers, E. T. Firth and Nelson Firth; five sisters, Betty Adams, Essie Firman, Judie Hogge, Queenie Holt, and Shirley Rabon; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life service at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel by the Rev. Donald G. Marsh. At other times, the family will be at 13 Bay St., Poquoson. Her body has been donated to science.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 213 McLaws Circle, Suite 2-B, Williamsburg, VA, 23185, or to the American Cancer Society, 11835 Canon Blvd., Suite A-102, Newport News, VA 23606. Online condolences to www.claytorrollins.com .
