Anna TOWNSELL Obituary
Mrs. Townsell was a vibrant active member of the senior citizens group at New Beech Grove Baptist Church, until her health began to fail.
Left to treasure memories of her are her husband, Edward O. Townsell Jr. of Newport News, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Bernice High ( Willie) of Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. Mabel C. English of Newport News, Va.; brothers, Edward Bell (Bertha Mae), Nelson Bell Jr., and Frank Bell, all of Livingston, Ala., Reuben (Velma) Bell of Bessemer, Ala., and Jack Bell of Birmingham, Ala.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Edgie Lee Davis, William and Willie C. Bell.
Friends may visit from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010, at Carter Funeral Denbigh. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Sept. 3, 2010, at New Beech Grove Baptist Church, 326 Tabb Lane, Newport News, VA.

Mr. Townsell,
I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed planning your many cruise and train journeys to las vegas. Anna will be greatly missed. May your sorrow be relieved by your many happy memories.

Mr Townsell sorry couldn't be with you in your time of grief .Anna was a sweet person very quite spirt a well dresser she will be missed. Lean not to your own understanding for in the days to come you will be lonely you took good care of her on this side and now God is taking care of her.
