To Anne's family - I had the good fortune to know Anne during her tenure as North Hempstead Community Services Commissioner. I join you in mourning her loss. She was involved in my work as Assistant Chief Fire Marshal for Nassau County as it related to emergency planning. She hosted many meetings at the Roslyn Community Center and was very much involved in preparing for disaster in Nassau County. She was a most gracious lady; charming, intelligent, tireless and caring. It was a delight to spend time in her company and I shall never forget her. I am sure you will find great comfort in the memories you have of this remarkable lady. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Warmest regards, Peter
