Annie SOLTYS Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband, Commander Leo S. Soltys Jr. USN (Ret.).
Survivors include two sisters, Virginia C. Abbott of Richmond and Ethel C. Gregg of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
After retiring with 25 years of service from NASA at Langley Field, Mrs. Soltys was employed by Jefferson Laboratories in Newport News.

I am truely sorry to hear of Annie's passing. She was my supervisor at Jefferson Lab when I was a student-intern. She was a great mentor for me. I always took her opinion in high regard. She will be sincerely missed. Crystal Reeps

To Virginia and Fronie, my sincere sympathy to you in the death of your sister, Annie Laurie. She was a unique person and most interesting. I loved her as I have known her my entire life as my first cousin. May God strengthen and keep both of you and to Alton, Jr., Marie, Mike, and Carolyn Sue my love and sympathy to you in the loss of your aunt.

I am sorry to hear about Annie's passing. I worked with her at Riverside Regional Hospital in Newport News. I always admired and repected her, she was a good friend to all of us. A very kind, intelligent and caring person. I am glad to have been in her presence. Deloris Parker
