I am torn at learning of Buddy´s passing. Upon moving to Williamsburg in January 2021, my hopes were to rekindle our deep friendship from the 48th FIS at Langley and at UDORN, Thailand. I will so deeply miss him.

Dear Vicki and Family,
I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Buddy about twenty years ago, and I will always fondly remember his kind and gentle spirit, his smile and easy laugh, and all the great things he accomplished to keep us flying. He was a joy to be around. You are and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Vicki and family,
I got to know Buddy soon after he went to work for NASA, and we worked together on several flight research projects. Buddy was a great guy - very capable, conscientious, and always willing to help out where he could. I'll never forget his great smile. I am deeply sorry for your loss and will put you in my prayers.

Dear Vicki, our deepest sympathies to you and your children. We worked with Buddy almost his whole career. He was kind, generous, had a wonderful work ethic, and was excellent at his job. We all lost him way too soon.
