Arnold MANZ Obituary
Arnold was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church where he attended faithfully and loved the Lord with all his heart. He was a kindhearted and loving person. Arnold retired as a self-employed drafting designer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Velman Johnson Manz; and his stepson, David Johnson; and is survived by his brother, Robert W. Manz, of Long Island, N.Y.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 69 Saunders Road, Newport News. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in Peninsula Memorial Park.

Velma:
I just read of Arnold's homegoing and I was saddened. He was a terrific man. I remember fondly that Saturday afternoon when the two of you become one. He was so excited and grateful about you! Know that my prayers are with you.
