Arthur JAMES Obituary

FORT WASHINGTON, MD. - Quietly and peacefully, the circle of life was completed for beloved husband, father, brother and friend, Arthur Lawrence James, on May 26, 2010.
He will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, at Ebenezer A.M.E. Church, 7707 Allentown Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744 and at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, in Virginia at First Baptist Church East End, 3000 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
A devoted family man, Arthur is survived by his wife of 17 years, Marva James; three siblings, Eunice Peele, Thomas and Rondall James; four children, Arthur and Amber James, Dominique Crawford and Danielle Thomas; two stepsons, Kevin Brown (Alexis) and Tyrone Brown; three grandchildren, Kala and Kevin Brown and Nia Boone; one godchild, Paris Macklin; many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; and an abundance of cherished friends.
