Billy, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Charlie will be missed by all that had the pleasure to know him. I feel blessed to have had the time with him over the years. He always went out of his way to make my entire family feel welcome. Southwark will not be the same without him.

Dear Billy, I am very sorry to learn of your dads passing. Charlie loved to talk with me about the railroad and the people we both new from the Hinton area. I will miss those little chats, and the good times we had at Southwark H.C. God Bless you and your family.
