Christopher Wright Obituary
Lifelong resident of Hampton, he was the adopted son of Everett and Beulah Wright.
Also surviving are his birth parents, Elizabeth Ticcomb and Charles Wright; daughter, Taylor Breanne Wright; sister, Kimberly Wright; his stepsister, Christina Carr; brothers and sisters, Everett Wright Jr. and wife, Lois, Linda Goff and husband, Ron, and Ron Wright and wife, Pam. He will also be missed by many cousins and extended family members.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home in downtown Hampton. Chris's life will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel by Pastor Joe Hunt. Interment will follow in Parklawn.

Wow, I can't believe that tomorrow marks the second week, we have made it through your loss. I have thought about you at least 100 times day since your passing. Thanksgiving will never be the same now that you are gone! I keep asking myself why it happened to you??? I love you forever and always! Keep an eye out from above on the family becuase we are all grieving for you, but will promise to keep your memory alive! Happy Thanksgiving Chris! RIP Cuz!

im going to miss ya Chris evey time i went over grandma and grandpas house i saw ya and we always had somn to talk about im going to miss man you were my closet cousin/ uncle and there aint a day that goes by that i dont think of ya and all the good times we had im gonig to miss ya and hope to see ya after this life and get God to hook up the 360 and play some games ill always love ya and never forget ya.
